All Management Candidates should possess:
• Good knowledge or the desire to learn about spirits, wine and beer
• 3-5 Years Retail Management experience (Big Box experience a plus)
• Strong people, planning and organization skills
• A proven track record of results in sales and customer service
• Good communication skills and the desire to help others
• The ability to execute daily operations, objectives and goals with staff
• Strong recruiting and training skills a plus.
