Inviting aromas of blackberry, warm spice and tobacco emerge from the glass. The savory palate offers fresh plums, clove, espresso and a hint of truffle alongside fine grained tannins. Made from native grapes that are processed following the appassimento method (in line with an age old tradition in Valpolicella), and matured in oak barrels for 18 months.
