The worlds cleanest spirits use winter wheat, so the friends spared no expense on these exquisite, soft, American grown grains. To add balance, complexity, and a gentle sweetness hand-picked Sauvignon Blanc harvested from sustainably farmed vineyards in Californias North Coast are blended in during fermentation. It is then distilled expertly at the Napa Valley Distillery and bottled without additives of any kind.
